Ah... kak. Maar eigenlijk wist ik dit al, aangezien van mensen met dit defect in China en Japan al bekend was dat ze een verhoogd risico hebben op keel en alvleesklierkanker. Eens in de paar jaar spendeer ik een avond om me bij te lezen in de ontwikkeling van de kennis hierover.

Daarbij had ik ook al eens gelezen dat koolsoorten als broccoli bij mensen die niet tegen alcohol kunnen, wordt geassocieerd met alvleesklierkanker. Dus dat heb ik ook maar van mijn menu geschrapt.

Dus voor mij geen broccoliwijn en eieren doe ik altijd eerst in aluminiumfolie voor ze de magnetron in gaan, voor de zekerheid.
