Wordt de doodslag weer ingevoerd in Nederland?

Doodslag geëist tegen automobilist die zonder rijbewijs en onder invloed een fietser doodreed. De NRC schrijft het, dus is het zo.

Ik hoorde Duitsers zeggen dat je in Nederland ook mag rijden voor je geslaagd bent voor je rijbewijs, maar dat je dan gele nummerplaten op je auto moet zetten.
